SURF. SKATE. LIFESTYLE
I grabbed my camera and headed out into the swells and concrete jungles alike, starting with waves, moving on to ramps, always in search of that moment, that edge. Through surfing, I found a community of fierce, focused women pushing limits and carving face-first into what some say is a man’s world. And then I discovered the skateboarders: women who ride with grit and grace in a subculture within a subculture.
Capturing their motion felt electrifying. I wasn’t just photographing tricks or lines, I was capturing confidence in motion, resilience in real time, the kind of fearless expression that says: I belong here. These women aren’t just badass; they excel in daredevil arenas where many don’t expect them even to show up.
My mission? To create images that give future generations someone to look at and say: If she can do it, so can I. To show young women, girls, whoever is watching, that action sports aren’t off limits. That excellence doesn’t have to look ordinary. Freedom, for them, is the commitment and courage to move: surf, skate, launch, drop-in, and push the limits, completely free from social expectations.
In these gallery pages, you’ll see that journey: a camera, the surfing, the skating, the lifestyle behind the scenes, and the meaningful moments of that in-between space. It’s about more than sport—it’s about identity. It’s about belonging. It’s about showing up. And I’m here to witness—and preserve—those moments of truth.
